What Payment Methods Does VX Accept?

Method of payment: Visa, AMEX, Paypal, Discover.

When Should I Expect my Order to Arrive?
Processing and Shipping: Please allow 7-10 Business days for processing of order. Shipping will take 1-3 business days for domestic shipping. 3-7 business days for international shipping​​

Does VX only carry items for women and kids?

We carry unisex items that are designed for Women and Men as well.  

How Should I Order in Size When Ordering Unisex Items?
Men should order their normal size when ordering any unisex items, unless indicated otherwise within the product details. Women should order one size smaller than their normal size when ordering unisex clothing, unless otherwise listed in the product details (i.e. If you are a medium in women you will order a small in men).

How Should I Expect the Items I Have Back Ordered?

You will receive an email notifying you about any backordered items and your expected ship out date for those items. If you have any other items in your order that are not back-ordered, they will be sent out to you within our regular processing and shipping time. Your backordered items will be sent out separately.

How Do I Properly Wash and Dry My VX Items?
In order for you to be happy with your purchase and get longevity out of your VX Apparel we recommend your items to be dry cleaned. If you choose to wash your clothing, we advise to wash on cold setting, inside out, and let your items air dry.

How Can I Handle Returns?

Returns are only accepted TWO days after customer receives merchandise. All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains with original tags. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of any returned merchandise. All returns will be issued in the form of store credit only. Store credit will be for the cost of the merchandise and any applicable taxes.  Please allow us up to 3-5 business days for your store credit to be processed and for your store credit to be issued

Can I Return Sale Items?
All sale items are FINAL SALE and will not be considered for returns or exchanges.
How can I Exchange an VX item?

Exchanges will be considered within 24 hours after you have received your merchandise. All merchandise will need to be returned in the same condition it was received, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged with original tags. Exchanges will need to be sent back to us in order to be processed.

Please contact us via email about your exchange prior to any action. An exchange document will be sent to you to return with your exchange.

How Can I Cancel an Order?

Cancellations will be considered up until 24 hours after order has been made. Please send us an email with your order number and cancellation inquiry.

All cancellations will be issued in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY.
